Legacy system modernization, without downtime
We replace outdated ERP, CRM and internal systems with modern web applications. We migrate data safely, connect accounting, inventory, e-commerce or CRM tools, and keep the old system running until the new one is verified.
When the old system keeps the business running, but blocks growth
A typical case: the ERP, CRM or internal application has been running for ten years, the original vendor is gone, and every change creates uncertainty. The data matters, but extracting it is painful, integrations are handled through Excel exports, and people maintain their own spreadsheets next to the official system.
We do not start with a blind rewrite. First we find out what the old system really does, where the critical data lives, which processes must stay intact, and what can be simplified. Only then do we design modernization, data migration, and integrations so the business does not have to stop.
The original developer or vendor disappeared and nobody wants to touch the code.
The system cannot connect to accounting, e-commerce, inventory, CRM or public data services.
Employees manually copy data between several tools.
Reports, invoices or inventory states live in Excel outside the main system.
The old server, database or framework no longer receives security updates.
The company grows, but the system cannot handle new branches, roles, products or integrations.
Gradually. With data control. No big bang.
System audit
We review code, database, exports, user roles, integrations and workflows. The goal is to understand reality, not just repeat the brief.
Migration plan
We decide what to rewrite, what to connect, what to remove, and how to verify that no important data is lost.
New system in parts
We build the critical modules first. The old system keeps running while you verify the new one on real data.
Cutover and support
We switch only after validation. We train users, set up monitoring, and stay for ongoing development.
First we choose the right path
An old system can be replaced, modernized piece by piece, or simply connected to surrounding tools. A bad decision at the start costs more than the development itself, so we begin with an audit and options.
Connect it
If the system holds correct data but lacks APIs or exports, an integration layer may be enough. We add data bridges, automatic synchronization and error monitoring.
Modernize in parts
If the core still works but the interface, reports or workflows slow people down, we build new modules next to the old system and move work gradually.
Replace it
If the technology is dead, the vendor is gone, the data model is broken or the system cannot run safely, we prepare a replacement with data migration and parallel operation.
Leave it for now
Sometimes a full replacement does not pay off yet. If the risk is low, we may recommend stabilization, documentation or a smaller integration instead of a large project.
Websites
Business websites and landing pages built from scratch. Not templates — actual code, designed to convert.
Custom Web Applications
Custom web applications for business: SaaS products, dashboards, portals and internal tools. Full-stack from database to deployment.
Legacy System Modernization
Legacy system modernization for ERP, CRM and internal business software that replaces spreadsheets and outdated tools.
E-commerce
Custom e-commerce built for your actual products, your actual workflows, and your actual customers — not around a platform's limitations.
API & Integrations
Your systems connected so they actually talk to each other. No more copying data between tools that should have been connected years ago.
AI & Automation
AI that works on your data and saves real hours. Not a chatbot demo — production systems that run in companies every day.
Modernization is not just a new interface. The hard part is data, process and integrations.
ERP and CRM replacement
We replace old business systems with modern web applications while preserving important business logic and validated data.
Service detailData migration
We migrate from Access, Excel, old databases, desktop apps and ERP systems with validation scripts and rollback plans.
Service detailSystem integrations
We connect accounting, e-commerce, inventory, CRM, carriers or internal APIs so data stops being copied by hand.
Service detailFocused on old systems, not generic software work
We handle systems that still run the business and cannot simply be switched off.
We plan for parallel operation of old and new systems instead of risky big bang launches.
We treat migration as its own discipline: mapping, cleaning, validation and test transfers.
We build systems you own: source code, documentation, infrastructure and access rights.
We can start with an audit and say when a full rewrite does not make economic sense yet.
You talk directly to the people designing and writing the system.
