DallyERP
Modular ERP built for how Czech & Slovak businesses actually work
Czech and Slovak SMBs were running on a patchwork of incompatible tools: Pohoda or Money S3 for invoicing, Excel for HR, a separate CRM, manual warehouse tracking. Reconciliation wasted days every month. We built one system that replaces all of it — and lets clients pay only for the modules they use.

The existing ERP market in CZ/SK is dominated by legacy vendors who charge €200+/month for software built in the early 2000s. Export/import is the standard workflow for data exchange between modules. Accountants spend Friday afternoons reconciling discrepancies between systems that should have talked to each other automatically.
We were running into the same problem internally. Our studio needed invoicing, HR, and project tracking — and every available tool was either overkill for a 5-person team, poorly localized for Czech law, or required custom integration work to connect with our bank. We decided to build what we couldn't buy.
DallyERP is a modular system where every component shares a single database schema. There's no import/export between modules — invoices created in the billing module are immediately visible in accounting, warehouse stock levels update as production orders are fulfilled, and CRM contacts sync with the HR employee directory in real time.
The product is built for Czech and Slovak regulatory requirements: VAT handling for both jurisdictions, payroll calculation per the Czech Labor Code (zákoník práce), Pohoda/ABRA-compatible export formats, and native integrations with Zásilkovna, GoPay, Comgate, and FIO Banka.
Architecture choices: Next.js 15 App Router with server components for fast initial loads, Drizzle ORM for type-safe queries, PostgreSQL with row-level security for multi-tenant isolation, and Docker Compose for self-hosted deployment. One command stands up the full stack.
